Chris Jansen is a seasoned leader and consultant with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Consultant at Leadership Lab NZ since April 2013, Chris focuses on fostering collective responses to complex issues through documented personal stories and practical ideas. Chris is also a Fellow of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship since September 2020 and has been a Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant at Idea Creation since April 2011. Previous roles include Senior Lecturer in Organisational Leadership at the University of Canterbury, Learning Community Director at Linwood College, and Chairperson of the Board for Te Ora Hou Otautahi. With a Doctorate in Management and various credentials in educational leadership, consulting, and training, Chris has made significant contributions to leadership practices in both New Zealand and internationally.
