Daniel Fischer currently serves as Maître de conférences at Université de Lorraine since September 2023 and has been the Directeur scientifique de collections at Editions La Nuée Bleue since September 2019, overseeing literary collections focused on history and children's literature. In addition to authoring educational materials for Editions Bordas, Fischer acts as a trainer for bilingual teachers in history and geography for the Région autonome de la Vallée d’Aoste and has held various teaching roles in higher education, including a position as Professeur agrégé at Université de Lorraine until June 2023.
