Nelson Kondia is a skilled Back End Engineer currently contributing to the Customer Team at EDITED, a prominent retail intelligence platform, focusing on back-end systems development with technologies such as Python Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and AWS since December 2023. Prior to this role, Nelson served as a Software Development Engineer at Speechmatics®, where contributions included creating a REST API in Go for a usage collection service related to transcription solutions, from December 2021 to December 2023. Nelson also gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer on the Cloud Team at StarLeaf, working on both front-end and back-end tasks for video conferencing solutions using a diverse tech stack from September 2019 to December 2021. Nelson holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, earned between 2015 and 2019.
