James Caulfield is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Information Security at Editas Medicine since December 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Senior Director of Information Security at MaineHealth for a brief period and served as Director of Information Security at SIG SAUER, Inc. James spent nearly 18 years at the Federal Reserve System, progressing from Program Manager to Assistant Vice President in Operations and Information Security. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the Advanced Cyber Security Center and GTE Internetworking, alongside early career work as a Field Service Engineer at TIAC. James is pursuing a degree in Social Science from Harvard University, having previously attended Montserrat College of Art for Fine Arts.
