Muniba Khan is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional currently serving as Interim Placement Manager at Edinburgh Napier University since May 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing the Talent and Resourcing team and enhancing candidate experience through a focus on inclusion and diversity. Previously, Muniba held the role of 360° Recruitment Manager at I.A.R.G Ltd from July 2014 to December 2021, managing in-house recruitment, fostering client relationships, and coaching candidates. Earlier experience includes working as an Academic/Technical Recruiter for Saudi Aramco contractors, and serving as Recruitment Supervisor and HR Officer at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. Muniba earned a Degree in HR Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's in Computing from the University of Portsmouth, along with a Computer Science degree from Lahore College for Women University.
