Anaí Arroyo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Edify Software Consulting since October 2012, Anaí is charged with defining processes and standards to ensure successful project delivery and providing support during the pre-sales and project definition phases. Prior roles include Project Manager, where Anaí collaborated with various stakeholders to define project visions and requirements, and Software Engineer at Roundbox Global, focusing on team management and technical leadership. Anaí also enriched academia as a Quality Assurance professor at Universidad de Costa Rica. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Master's in Information Technology Management from Universidad Nacional, complemented by a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Universidad de Costa Rica.
