Mike Melcher is the President at Edify Design, currently responsible for managing a PMO team of 5 Project Managers and Coordinators. Mike has a background in project management, having effectively managed scope, schedule, and customer expectations for over 45 engineered projects valued up to $14 million. Mike also has experience in architectural design and construction document preparation from their previous roles at Ghidorzi Companies and Carroll Associates Architects. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
