Joyce Kajikami is an experienced professional in e-learning and instructional design, currently serving as the E-learning & Instructional Manager at Edgewood Center for Children and Families since February 2017. In this role, Joyce focuses on creating engaging educational e-learning courses to enhance compliance and performance among staff. Previously, Joyce held the position of Training Coordinator, achieving over 50% improvement in regional compliance during the first fiscal year. Joyce's extensive background includes consulting work at Family Education Network and various roles at Pearson Education, including Sr Producer Multimedia and Art Manager, where responsibilities ranged from video production to managing animation teams for youth-oriented educational products. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Design from San Jose State University.
