Babak Motie is an experienced executive specializing in finance, operations, and strategic leadership within non-profit and organizational settings. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Edgewood Center for Children and Families since August 2022, Babak previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Peer Health Exchange from May 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading finance, technology, and operations and contributing to strategic planning and investor engagement. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Roots of Peace, managing finance for a multi-country NGO, and Director of Finance and Operations at the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, where Babak played a key role in revenue growth and stakeholder partnership development. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for Persona Computing, where Babak integrated accounting and HR functions.
