Rachel Sia is a seasoned regulatory specialist with extensive experience in the personal care and cosmetics industries. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Specialist at Edgewell Personal Care since June 2021, Rachel previously held similar senior regulatory roles at Arbonne from September 2016 to June 2021. Rachel's career in regulatory affairs began at FMKLABS, where the role evolved from Regulatory Affairs Specialist to Regulatory Affairs Manager between May 2013 and September 2016. Earlier professional experiences include a brief tenure as a Financial Advisor at New York Life Insurance Company and a Clinical Care Intern at COPE Health Solutions.
