Mateo Cruz Peña serves as the North Latam Marketing Head at Edgewell Personal Care since January 2023, following a significant tenure at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health from August 2017 to January 2023, where roles included Regional Marketing Manager and Brand Manager. Mateo has a strong record in developing innovative marketing strategies and executing Revenue Growth Management to optimize brand performance across various product lines, including Lubriderm, Neutrogena, and Palmolive. Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mateo held various roles at Colgate Palmolive, managing brands and financial outcomes while ensuring successful product launches and marketing execution. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Marketing from Universidad ICESI and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. An exchange program was also completed at Universitat de Barcelona.
