In this role, Lee provides leadership for the business development and strategic growth of Edgewater with a focus on managing an expanding portfolio in the Southwestern US Region. She oversees Edgewater’s operations in the southwest including establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients and strategic partners and helps attract and retain top technical talent to support the nuclear operations, maintenance, research and development, and environmental missions of our clients.

Lee has over 30 years of experience in nuclear and manufacturing engineering, radiological and nuclear facility management, and large-scale project management. Her career has included managing large and complex projects and organizations, management of contracts, business development, and effecting organizational changes within large DOE contractor organizations. During her career, she held senior management positions at ORNL, Y-12, and West Valley and most recently served as a Director of Business Development for AECOM Nuclear and Environment in Oak Ridge, TN. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
