Leigh Coble has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Manager at Owl Cafe in 2000, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, Leigh became the General Manager at Water Street Hotel and Marina and also started their own business, Apalachicola Historic Tours, where they served as the Owner until 2012. Finally, Leigh joined Edgewater Group LLC in 2014 as a Regional Manager.

Leigh Coble began their formal education at Monroe High School, where they attended from 1984 to 1987. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management at Western Carolina University from 1987 to 1991.
