Maggie Childers, CSW, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist at Edgerton Contractors, Inc., since August 2023. Maggie started in the industry as a Sales Representative at Johnson Brothers Liquor Company (May 2007 - December 2012) and as a Wine Specialist at Wirtz Beverage Group (February 2005 - May 2007). Maggie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
