Harerama Singh has worked in the technology industry since 2010. In that time, they have held various roles with different companies. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Network Subsystem Engineer at Nokia Siemens Network. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Software Development Staff I and II Engineer at Broadcom. From 2014 to 2017, they were a System Design Engineer at Imagination Technologies, where they were responsible for 802.11 b/a/g/n physical layer system design engineering for low power WLAN solutions for IoT applications. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Software Design Engineer at Imagination Technologies, where they were responsible for 802. 11n physical layer system design engineering for low power WLAN solutions for IoT applications. Since 2020, they have been a Principal Engineer and Member of Technical Staff at EdgeQ Inc.

Harerama Singh completed a Master of Technology (MTech) in Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications from KC College of Engineering Thane.
