Diego Miranda Sapucaia Costa is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Analista SAP Basis Jr at Edge UOL since February 2022. With a background that includes significant roles at Obrigado Natural as an Analista de TI, Diego has managed user support, system integrity and configuration, and facilitated communication between users and external consultants. Previous roles include assisting in IT support and system operations with Grupo Aurantiaca and a range of internships, beginning with Faculdade Baiana de Direito. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Universidade Estácio de Sá, completed in June 2022.
