Rocío Tissera Ruiz has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with Rocket Internet AG and Tripda as a Marketing Communication Manager. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant of Direction and Production for Pez Líquido, and as an Assistant of Production for Rubra Eventos. In 2017, they were a Coordinator of Promotions for Nestlé Nespresso SA and a Coordinator of Promotions Trade Marketing for Pernod Ricard. Rocío was also a Brand Ambassador Team Spain for Monster Energy. In 2018, they were an Executive of Accounts for New Line Events and a Coordinator of Events for the same company. In 2021, they became a Field Marketing Manager for Edgard & Cooper, coordinating the Team Brand Ambassadors SP and organizing brand events and activations.

Rocío Tissera Ruiz obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Instituto Superior de Protocolo y Eventos (isPE) in 2014, where they studied Protocolo, Producción y Organización de Eventos. Rocío also obtained their Máster Oficial en Protocolo, Producción, Diseño y Organización de Eventos from Universidad Camilo José Cela in 2014, where they studied Comunicación y Eventos. In 2013, they obtained their Grado en Estudios Ingleses from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they studied Educación.
