Laura Kerckhof has been working in the Human Resources and Operations fields since 2014. In 2021, they began working as a People Operations Manager at Edgard & Cooper, a pet food provider. Her role involves driving and managing people policies, programs and processes, and working closely with leaders and team members to ensure they have the right programs in place. In 2020, they were the Head of People & Culture/HR at Advanced Navigation, where they were responsible for building the People function & strategy to aid the company's global growth. In 2018, they worked as a People & Culture/HR Coordinator at MedicalDirector, providing generalist and operational HR support. In 2017, they were an Operations/Accomodation Manager at EF Education First, managing the roll out of event operations and student housing. In 2014, they were an Intern Product Management and Marketing Development at TUI Group, where they supported product managers with sales and customer satisfaction analyses, planned hotel management visits, developed competitor analyses and conducted research projects.

Laura Kerckhof holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, obtained in 2017. Laura also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Entrepreneurship from Arteveldehogeschool in 2014. In 2013, they participated in an exchange program at Seneca College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management. Additionally, they hold several certifications, including Acerta - Certificate Payroll & Social Employment Law Belgium (2022), Deutsch als Fremdsprache (2016), SPANISH LEVEL TEST B1 (2015), ATTESTATION DE RÉUSSITE DELF B2 (2015), TEST OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (2014), and EF Cambridge English Level Test C1 (2012).
