Fadila Hamdane currently serves as the Chief Partnership & Development Officer at EDFI Management Company, focusing on institutional relations and the acquisition of new mandates. Previously, Fadila held various leadership roles at Proparco, including Global Head of Manufacturing, Agribusiness & Services, where oversight of a team of investment officers was essential in corporate debt financing. Fadila's earlier experience includes positions at AFD - Agence Française de Développement as a Senior Credit Analyst and Senior Analyst at Crédit Agricole CIB. Fadila graduated from ESCP Business School with a degree in Finance and Law Engineering.
