Louis Maisonneuve is an experienced short-term power analyst and optimiser at EDF Trading since January 2023, specializing in the optimisation of short-term dispatch and market orders, as well as full stack development for in-house tools. Prior experience includes an internship at EDF SEI in 2022, a research internship focused on optimisation for analog circuit design at STMicroelectronics in 2021, and military leadership roles as Chef de section in the Armée de Terre. Additional experience includes summer internships at Veltys involving descriptive statistics and econometrics, and a tenure as an officer and deputy section leader in the military. Louis Maisonneuve holds a Cycle ingénieur degree in particle physics and related fields from École Polytechnique, a Cycle ingénieur civil degree with a focus on modeling and imaging from Mines Paris - PSL, and completed CPGE at Lycée Pasteur.
