Rafael Santos currently serves as a Sugar Trader at ED&F Man since June 2023. Previously, Rafael held multiple roles at USINA RIO PARDO S/A, including Trader in the sugar and ethanol sector from February 2018 to December 2022, and served as a Commercial Analyst. Key responsibilities included managing a team, marketing ethanol and sugar products, overseeing contract negotiations, conducting price analysis, and monitoring logistics for exports. Rafael is pursuing an MBA in Agricultural Business and Management at USP/Esalq, following an Executive MBA in Economics and Business Management from ABRACOMEX, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
