Sara Attree currently serves as the Head of People Experience at EDF Energy, a position held since August 2016, where previous roles included People Partner - Employee Experience Lead and HR Business Partner Manager. Prior to EDF Energy, Sara worked as a Freelance HR Consultant from September 2015 to August 2016, and held the position of HR Business Partner at The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Community Rehabilitation Company Ltd from April 2010 to June 2015. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Surrey And Sussex Probation Trust, Brighton Housing Trust, City College Brighton and Hove, and Boxclever, beginning with recruitment consultancy at Granada TV Rentals. Sara Attree holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management from Leeds Beckett University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from Crawley College.
