Katharine Baker is a seasoned marketing and management professional with extensive experience in the energy and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Zero Carbon Applications at EDF (UK) since April 2024, Katharine focuses on research and development of applications aimed at aiding Britain's decarbonization efforts. Previously, Katharine held various senior roles at EDF, including leading teams for Zero Carbon Homes, Customer and Content Marketing, and Brand and Marketing Communications. With a background that includes leadership positions at APRIL Canada Insurance, PepsiCo, Dairy Crest, Diageo, and Unilever, Katharine has a proven track record of driving brand growth and innovative marketing strategies. Katharine holds a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Integrative Bioscience from the University of Oxford.
