Angelo Mastrangelo has over two decades of experience in the utilities sector, primarily with EDF (UK) since September 2002, where roles have included Senior Operational Leader, Billing Manager, and Senior Analyst, focusing on back office development and process optimization. Additional expertise encompasses team performance coaching and subject matter expertise in SAP for Utilities Billing and Customer Service. Prior experience includes supervisory and advisory positions at Spark Response and London Electricity. Angelo holds several qualifications, including Agile DSDM Project Management from APMG International and multiple levels of Lean Improvement & Implementation certifications from Cardiff University.
