Paula Silva Boris is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR BP Manager at Edenred since April 2023. Previously, Paula held the position of Gerente de Gente & Gestão at Gramado Parks from September 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruitment and selection initiatives. Prior to that, Paula worked as an HR Manager at KPMG Brazil from August 2019 to September 2020 and spent nearly a decade at Cervejaria Ambev in various HR roles, culminating in leadership positions in multiple locations. Paula's career began as an intern in recruitment and selection at SEIBRAS Estágios, followed by administrative duties at VMA Motores Aeronáuticos.
