Michael has held various leadership roles at companies such as Edenred, Magellan Health, and Epion Health, where they were responsible for corporate and business development, strategy, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, Michael has worked as the Founder and Principal of Healthy Impact LLC, providing consulting and advisory services to healthcare technology companies. Michael has also served as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Director of Healthcare Strategy & New Business Development at Nuance Communications. Prior to that, Michael worked at Welltok, Inc., leading digital health and healthcare IT acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships. Michael has also gained experience in healthcare advisory at KPMG US and held significant positions at Aetna, where they were responsible for executing healthcare mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and other investment transactions. Before entering the corporate world, Michael has also worked at MetLife Private Equity and Marquette Capital Partners, where they focused on private equity investments and portfolio management.
