Charlotte Zymelman currently serves as the ESG Manager at Edenred, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with non-financial reporting laws and leading the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and future regulations. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the Sustainability & ESG Reporting Manager at L'Oréal from October 2016 to November 2022, where the focus was on managing the Group's non-financial reporting. Charlotte's experience also includes roles in investor relations at L'Oréal and Natixis, as well as internships at Icade, SNCF, Fnac, and Jeece. Charlotte holds a degree in Financial Communication & Investor Relations from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Diplôme d'ingénieur specializing in market finance from ECE.
