Saar Wolf is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in helpdesk support and team management. Currently serving as a TIER 2 Senior Helpdesk Specialist at Eden Springs since March 2015, Saar provides support to a large organization with over 2500 users and manages the maintenance of multiple Windows servers across various versions. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead at Kishorit from April 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities encompassed staff recruitment, training program management, and the adoption of new technologies. Additionally, Saar served as a Customer Relations Manager at Bezeq International from July 2008 to April 2011. Saar holds a degree from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, completed in 2009.
