Robin Cridland has extensive experience in finance and corporate leadership, currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Eden Research PLC since May 2015. Previously, Cridland was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Itaconix PLC from September 2008 to August 2018, overseeing significant transactions including a $13 million acquisition and a £5.8 million capital raise. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Renovo Group PLC, with notable achievements such as an Official List IPO in 2006, and various senior finance positions at Glaxo Wellcome/GSK, where leadership in M&A and business development was demonstrated. Earlier career experience includes corporate finance at Enskilda Securities and audit and consulting at PWC London, where Cridland qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
