Regina Hipolito is an experienced professional in clinical operations and care transition, currently serving as an Associate at Eden Health since December 2021. Prior to this role, Regina held the position of Virtual Navigator at the same organization. Regina's experience includes working as a Care Transition Specialist at Integrated Care Solutions from December 2019 to June 2021, and as a Population Health Integration Associate at St. Vincent's Health Partners from March 2018 to March 2019. Earlier in Regina's career, a role as Administrative Support Staff at Marymount School of New York from August 2014 to August 2017 provided foundational administrative experience.
