Hemant Pandey has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Starting in 2006 with a summer internship at Religare, they gained experience in primary research and analysis. Hemant then joined J.P. Morgan in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Manager, focusing on fixed income and commercial real estate. In 2012, they moved to CRISIL Limited as an Experienced Professional in Structured Finance, managing a team and providing support on ratings and research. From 2016 to 2018, Hemant worked as the Head of Structured Finance at Moody's Analytics, managing multiple teams and projects. Hemant then joined Blend Financial Services Ltd in 2018 as the Head of Debt Capital Markets and Client Coverage. In 2019, they joined Northern Arc Capital as the Director of Debt Capital Markets, where they were responsible for developing strategic partnerships and managing deal negotiations. In 2021, Hemant joined U GRO Capital as the Head of Treasury, overseeing treasury operations. Currently, they are working at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited as the SVP and Head of Resource Mobilization.

Hemant Pandey completed their Bachelor of Information Systems (Hons) degree at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2004. Hemant then pursued a PGDBA (MBA) in Finance, General at ICFAI Business School in Mumbai from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 certification from CFA Institute in 2009 and an Advanced certification in property valuation from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2012.
