Jo Sheldon is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in media and executive positioning. Currently serving as Executive Director at Edelman since September 2013, Jo leads the EMEA Executive Positioning practice, collaborating with C-Suite clients to craft their narratives and execute communications campaigns across various channels. Prior to this role, Jo was the Media Director at Edelman UK, where significant advancements were made in developing media skills within the agency. Jo's early career included positions as a Programme Anchor and Reporter at CNBC, where involvement in business programming provided a strong foundation in media, alongside experience as a presenter and reporter at GMTV, LWT, and Sky News, the latter being a pivotal role at the launch of the UK's first 24-hour news channel. Jo's career began as a reporter at the Mail on Sunday, following freelance work across several major publications.
