Hanna Bernicke is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and recruitment, particularly in IT. Currently serving as the People & Culture Lead and Management Expert at EDEKABANK AG since August 2023, Hanna previously worked as HR Lead at Prodware from January 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, a role as HR Manager - Technical Recruiting at Hermes Germany GmbH involved technical recruiting and HR projects from November 2016 to December 2021.
