David Baker is an experienced professional in the field of property and surveying, currently serving as a Director at Eddisons since September 2017, where practical advice and services are provided to commercial property owners and financial institutions. Baker also holds a Director position at Lambert Smith Hampton since March 2015 and was a Partner at Edward Symmons from August 2003 to March 2015. Prior to this, Baker worked as an Associate at Dunlop Heywood Lorenz from August 1989 to August 2003. A graduate of Trent Polytechnic, Baker earned a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying in 1989.
