Trisha Berard currently serves as the VP of Human Resources at Eddie Bauer, where responsibilities include the strategic development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and programs while leading a department focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Previously, Trisha held the role of HR Director at Amazon, supporting global teams across multiple regions and leading a team of HR Business Partners in a large organization. Trisha's earlier experience includes positions as a Sr. HR Manager at Amazon, Human Resources Leader at Starbucks, Human Resources Manager at RealNetworks, and Talent & Workforce Planning Manager at McKesson. Trisha holds a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and completed Leadership Development for HR Leaders at the Center for Creative Leadership.
