Marty Marstiller is an experienced merchandising professional currently serving as VP of Merchandising at Eddie Bauer since January 2024. Previously, Marty held various leadership roles at The North Face, including Sr. Director of DTC Merchandising and Director of Retail Merchandising from April 2019 to June 2023. Marty also served as VP Direct to Consumer at Delta Galil Industries, overseeing brands such as 7forallmankind, Splendid, and Ella Moss from August 2014 to November 2017. Other notable positions include VP Retail at Sperry Top-Sider and Saucony, DMM Apparel and Accessories at Vans, Associate Buyer at Pacific Sunwear, and buying and allocation roles at Saks Fifth Avenue. Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia between 1996 and 2000.
