Kelly Michel, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Membership Development at EDCO - Economic Development for Central Oregon, since August 2022. Previously, Kelly held the position of Community Engagement Officer at St. Charles Health System from July 2016 to January 2020, focusing on enhancing the health system's community visibility and supporting local non-profits through a $250k annual grant program. Kelly also worked as a Philanthropy Officer at St. Charles Foundation, managing major fundraising events and campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for Professional Development at the Tiger Woods Foundation, where innovative educational programs for youth were developed, and as a Staff Developer for AVID, facilitating training for educators. Kelly holds an MBA from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
