BennuAube Amen has a diverse work experience in various organizations. They worked as a Project Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Engagement at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from June 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they served as a Policy Assistant at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights from January 2022 to June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Policy Intern at First Star Academy from May 2020 to December 2020. They also gained experience as a Congressional Intern at both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation from May 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Intern at the New York Environmental Law and Justice Project from February 2019 to May 2019. They also have experience as a Field Representative at Saha Global in May 2018 and as a Teacher's Assistant at Prep for Prep in June 2017 to August 2017.
BennuAube Amen holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy from American University. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Environmental Studies and Global Policy from New York University. In addition to their formal education, BennuAube Amen has also obtained a certification in Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program in January 2023.
