Khurram Nagaria currently serves as the Senior Director Finance and CFO at Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah) since December 2018. In addition, Khurram has held several board positions, including a member of the Board of Directors at Edamah Hawar Real Estate Development Company WLL from April 2020 to March 2024 and Durrat Khaleej Al Bahrain Company B.S.C.(c) from December 2020 to February 2022. Previous roles include Head of Finance at Dubai South Properties, Senior Director Finance at Emaar, and Chief Financial Officer at Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing PJSC. Early career experience includes roles at Dubai World, Ernst & Young as Audit Manager, and Price Waterhouse Coopers as Assistant Manager Audit. Khurram holds an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, a CMA from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan, and a B.Com from Karachi University.
