Nicola Erskine is the Head of Customer Delivery at EDAM Group since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Customer Relationship Management Manager at Allianz from May 2012 to October 2023, where Nicola managed a team of Relationship Managers across the UK, enhancing the customer journey. Previously, as a Senior Claims Business Consultant at Allianz Insurance PLC from January 2009 to May 2012, Nicola led a team focused on managing relationships with large clients and providing tailored claims services. Early career at Allianz from February 2003 to April 2007 included roles in the National Training Team, where Nicola launched the ongoing Allianz Excellence In Claims training programme, and as a Service Team Leader managing a large team handling all aspects of claims excluding injury in the Manchester office.
