Clare Charity is an accomplished human resources and learning development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources and Group Learning and Development Lead at EDAM Group since September 2015, Clare is known for delivering impactful learning solutions and driving high performance across the organization. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Learning and Staff Development at Trafford Community Leisure Trust, where Clare developed the Trust's people strategy, and Learning and Development Business Partner at Trafford Housing Trust, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance employee engagement and leadership capabilities. Clare's career began at Bankhall Investment Associates, where multiple roles culminated in providing exceptional customer care. Clare holds educational qualifications from JRA College and Stockport College, alongside completion of secondary education at Flixton Girls High School.
