Kirill Maltsev is an experienced professional with a diverse background in web development and entrepreneurship. Kirill started their career in 2009 as a Full-stack Web Developer at the Estonian Ministry of Education, where they built a web application for collecting and processing results of Estonian science olympiads. Later, they worked as a Lead Full-stack Web Developer at Ovkuse.ru, one of the largest cooking communities in Russia. Kirill played a key role in maintaining the website and developing new features, eventually leading to its acquisition by Cookpad in 2017.

In 2016, Kirill joined Andekan as a Full-stack Web Developer, where they worked on Kinship, one of the company's products. Kirill was responsible for maintaining the services, building new features, and handling DevOps tasks. Kirill's next venture was with Notifier.in, where they served as a Founder starting from August 2017. Kirill then co-founded K+1 in September 2015, where they worked as a Founder.

In 2019, Kirill participated in Antler, a global startup generator and early-stage VC. As an Entrepreneur in their Stockholm cohort, they contributed to the mission of turning exceptional individuals into great founders. Kirill also joined EdAider in October 2019 as their CTO.

Throughout their career, Kirill Maltsev has demonstrated their expertise in both frontend and backend development, as well as their entrepreneurial drive and passion for building innovative technologies and businesses.

From 2012 to 2015, Kirill Maltsev attended the University of Münster, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
