Zetoon Shah has a strong background in the logistics industry, with their most recent role as a Customer Service Team Lead at ECU Worldwide starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Pricing Analyst at Freight Forwarders Kenya Limited from February 2021 to March 2023. Zetoon also gained experience as an Air Freight Customer Service Executive at Panalpina from September 2017 to April 2020. Before that, Zetoon worked as an Imports Customer Service Executive at Air Connection Ltd from January 2012 to August 2017. Zetoon began their career as a Logistics and Procurement Officer at Impala Downtown Limited from March 2009 to May 2012, and also served as an Administrative Assistant/ Executive Assistant to the Managing Director from November 2008 to March 2009.

Zetoon Shah completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from IU International University of Applied Sciences in 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Level 7 Global Project Management qualification from Brentwood Open Learning College in 2021. In 2020, they also earned a diploma in Business Development and Administration from Inspire London College. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Customer Service and Front Office Operations from Computrain Secretarial College in 2008. In 2006, they obtained a certificate in International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) from the Institute of Advanced Technology(IAT). Zetoon completed their high school education and received a High School Diploma from State House Girls High School in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Excel Fundamentals, Accounting Fundamentals, Professional Ethics, and Data Science Orientation.
