C¨¦sar Fern¨¢ndez has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in Latin America. C¨¦sar is currently the HR Director for LATAM at ECU Worldwide, where they have held various roles since joining in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AbbVie as part of the HR Operations team, responsible for payroll processes and labor terminations. Before AbbVie, C¨¦sar worked at Wipro Limited, where they were a team lead for finance, customer service, and operations in Latin America. C¨¦sar also worked at Refaccionaria California as a regional HR generalist, handling payroll and termination processes. C¨¦sar 'scareer in human resources began at Kelly Services, where they worked as an associate HR generalist, assisting with recruitment, payroll, and staffing.

C¨¦sar Fern¨¢ndez obtained a Licentiate degree in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Mexicana, S.C. from 2014 to 2017. In 2020, they pursued further education and completed a course in Strategic Administration of Human Resources from Tecnol¨®gico de Monterrey. C¨¦sar also obtained a certification in Strategic Administration of Human Resources from the same institution in the same year.
