Khalil Abdelmoumen, Associate AIA, is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as a Facilities Associate II at ECS Limited since July 2021. In addition to this role, Khalil has been a general contractor at AkarcDesign LLC since November 2010. Khalil's educational background includes two Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (1995-1999) and Belarusian National Technical University (2001-2002). Khalil is also pursuing a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) at Boston Architectural College, expected to be completed in July 2024.
