Carlos Roman, MSCE, E.I. currently serves as a Facilities Associate II at ECS Limited since September 2024. Previously, Carlos held positions at m2e Consulting Engineers as Staff II, focusing on concrete restoration and the bidding process, and as Staff I, where responsibilities included field consulting and CQM. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Controller at Meneses Constructores and as Assistant Superintendent at The Haskell Company. Carlos obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
