Karen Eads, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, LSSGB, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at ECRI, where strategic leadership includes oversight of employee relations, development, performance management, coaching, change management, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance. Previously, Karen held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at ECRI, focusing on building strong relationships and supporting employee success. Additional experience includes a Business Partner position at SAP, where project management for data governance was a key responsibility, and a Senior Consulting Service Manager/HRBP role at CIBER Global LLC, overseeing employee relations and retention. Karen also progressed through various HR roles at FullTilt Solutions, culminating as VP of Human Resources, and began a career as an Employment Specialist at Pennsylvania Hospital. Educational credentials include a Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
