Nikita Gudkov has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. In 2010, they worked as a Croupier and Poker Dealer at The Hippodrome Casino, Empire Casino, and Gloden Horseshoe Casino, where they effectively communicated with colleagues and management to contribute to a dynamic team environment. From 2013 to 2016, they gained work and travel experience in Australia. In 2016, they worked as an English Language Teacher and freelance translator, providing one-on-one lessons to adults and young learners and translating/editing texts on a freelance basis. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Currency Exchange Specialist at Yex CHANGE, managing foreign currency negotiations, credit card payments, and cash handling while implementing CRM strategies to boost sales performance. In 2017, they worked as a Rental Operations Representative at Europcar spa, managing the entire rental process, resolving customer issues, and generating sales through attentive customer service. Nikita Gudkov has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their studies at Università degli studi Roma TRE, where they pursued a degree in Political Science with a focus on "Consulente esperto in processi di pace, cooperazione e sviluppo." Nikita completed this program in 2010.

In 2008, Nikita participated in an Erasmus exchange program at West University of Timisoara, where they furthered their studies in Political Science.

In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the International TEFL Academy.

In 2017, Nikita enrolled in a back office training program called "Addetto al back office" at Talent Academy. This course was financed through Formatemp by the Lazio region.

In 2020, they attended SSML San Domenico and achieved a certification in Marketing e sviluppo del turismo sostenibile.

Additionally, Nikita has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include courses such as "Blockchain: Beyond the Basics" and "Branding Foundations" from LinkedIn, which they completed in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
