Sediko DOUKA has extensive experience in infrastructure, energy, and project management, currently serving as Commissioner for Infrastructure, Energy, Mines, Water Resources, Digitalization and Postal Services at the ECOWAS Commission since January 2012. Prior roles include Commissioner for Energy and Mines, Director of the Infrastructure Project Preparation and Development Unit, and Regional Advisor on Infrastructure. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Advisor on Infrastructure Development at UNECA and Team Leader for Airports Infrastructure and Facilities Projects at ASECNA. Sediko DOUKA's career began at the Niger Public Power Utility (NIGELEC) as Regional Operations Manager. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Finance, and various certifications in Transport Economics and Project Management.
