Debra Shear is an experienced marketing and business consultant currently serving as the Chief Advancement Officer at EcoTarium since September 2023. With a consulting firm established in October 2016, Debra Berman Shear Consulting focuses on a variety of industries, offering expertise in marketing strategy, customer experience, and integrated communications. Prior to this, Debra worked at the College of the Holy Cross as the Director of Annual Giving Strategic Marketing & Analytics from January 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included strategic direction and execution of fundraising initiatives. Debra also held significant marketing roles at Philips Healthcare, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Working Assets, and Fleet Financial Group, contributing to growth and marketing strategy across diverse sectors. Debra Shear holds Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing from The Wharton School and in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
